Leaving a group home and stepping into independent living is a big transition. It can feel both exciting and overwhelming, filled with new responsibilities, quiet moments, and big emotions. But this move is also a powerful sign of growth, courage, and hope.

At CareNetworkCR, we’re honored to walk alongside people in these sacred in-between spaces—offering practical tools, next steps, prayer, and the kind of support that reminds them they’re not alone.
