There are moments when someone sees the work up close and everything shifts.

Dawn Hunter, CNCR Executive Director

After a recent shadowing experience, a volunteer shared:

“I left feeling really encouraged and stirred in a good way. It was clear how intentional the work is, building trust, listening for the real story, and getting to the root of people’s needs. It’s heart-stretching, because I felt the draw to want to fix things quickly or rescue, but I so respect the approach of walking alongside people… encouraging independence, practicing problem-solving, and not doing it for them so the ‘win’ can truly be theirs. That’s what makes this ministry meaningful and sustainable—you really make a difference by truly helping people.”

This is the heart of CareNetworkCR.

We believe in what the Chalmers Center teaches that real help is not about quick fixes, but about restoring dignity, strengthening relationships, and addressing the root causes of need. It’s about moving from relief… to restoration.

Every call we take is more than a need, it’s a story, a unique soul precious to Jesus and a family.
Every care plan is more than assistance, it’s a pathway forward that includes the local Body of Believers. Through verified needs, partnership with local churches, and holistic care plans, we walk alongside individuals and families as they take steps toward stability, independence, and hope.

And this work takes all of us.

When you serve, you step into sacred conversations that change lives—yours included.

When you give, you are sowing cheerfully into verified needs—fueling real solutions, not temporary fixes.

When you partner as a church or business, you become part of a unified response that reflects the love of Christ in practical, tangible ways. This is how we help people—not just for today, but for lasting transformation.

If you’ve ever felt the pull to make a meaningful difference… this is your invitation.
